This Privacy Policy describes how INSAIT Solutions collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information related to InspectionAI, our AI visual inspection website, demos, pilots, and related services. Customer-specific agreements may provide additional or different terms for production deployments.
Inspection images and production data
Sample images, defect examples, annotations, model evaluation results, and related inspection data are used to evaluate, configure, validate, support, and improve InspectionAI for the customer engagement. Customer production data remains customer data unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule demos, assess inspection feasibility, prepare pilot recommendations, provide support, improve product quality, secure the service, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell customer inspection images. We may share information with trusted service providers, hosting and infrastructure vendors, professional advisors, or authorities when required by law or necessary to protect the service and our rights.
