Last updated: July 26, 2026These Terms of Service govern access to the InspectionAIwebsite, demo request workflows, pilot discussions, and related materials provided by INSAIT Solutions. Production use, paid subscriptions, custom model development, support obligations, and deployment responsibilities may require a separate written agreement.
Use of the website and services
You may use the InspectionAI website, demo materials, and related services only for lawful business evaluation and authorized inspection use cases. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining appropriate permissions to share sample images or production data.
Demo and pilot access
Demo access, pilot evaluations, sample model reviews, and technical recommendations are provided for evaluation purposes unless a separate signed agreement defines production use, service levels, pricing, support, or deployment obligations.
Customer data and uploaded images
You retain ownership of inspection images, part data, annotations, defect libraries, production context, and other materials you provide. You grant INSAIT Solutions the limited rights needed to evaluate, configure, test, support, and provide InspectionAI for the applicable engagement.
Model outputs and quality decisions
InspectionAI may generate detections, segmentations, classifications, confidence scores, reports, and recommendations. These outputs support quality review and do not replace customer validation, engineering judgment, production acceptance criteria, or regulatory obligations.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website or services, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful content, reverse engineer systems except where allowed by law, interfere with service security, or use InspectionAI in a way that violates third-party rights.
Intellectual property
INSAIT Solutions owns the website, product materials, software, workflows, designs, documentation, and underlying technology. Customer data remains customer data. Feedback may be used to improve InspectionAI without creating an obligation to you.
Confidentiality
Each party should protect non-public business, technical, inspection, product, and production information shared during demos or pilots using reasonable care and only use it for the applicable evaluation or service relationship.
Third-party services
InspectionAI may rely on hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communication, or integration providers. Use of third-party systems may be subject to their own terms, security practices, and availability.
Disclaimers
The website and evaluation materials are provided as-is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, INSAIT Solutions disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, INSAIT Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, production loss, or business interruption arising from website or evaluation use.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
